Fair Bonus Conditions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nogof88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to protect their password.
No Fraudulent Activity

General Terms & Acceptance

Single Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the nogof88 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nogof88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and completed bonus wagers, and retain any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the originating payment method at our discretion.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full features of the nogof88 Platform, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a preferred payment method.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of account use is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure. It is your responsibility to notify nogof88 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].
KYC Identity Verification
nogof88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months);

Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. nogof88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds will be credited to your nogof88 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In rare cases where a deposit is not credited automatically, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. nogof88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing times stated above apply to verified accounts during standard operating hours and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume.
Currency
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). nogof88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on the player's side is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated conversion fees are not borne by nogof88.
Bonuses & Promotions
nogof88 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by nogof88 are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the relevant promotion) using real-money eligible games before any withdrawal is processed. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions specified in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new depositing players only and cannot be claimed multiple times by the same individual, household, IP address, or device. nogof88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where evidence of abuse or exploitation is identified.
Prohibited Bonus Activity
The following activities in connection with bonus funds are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure:
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts;
- Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or with other operators to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("bonus arbitrage");
- Using automated software or scripts to place bonus wagers;
- Placing wagers on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution, in amounts designed primarily to clear the wagering requirement without genuine game participation.
Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of award. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from expired bonuses will be voided automatically. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the nogof88 Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all players at all times.
Player Obligations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times;
- Notify nogof88 promptly if you become aware that your account has been accessed without authorisation;
- Use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
- Comply with all applicable responsible gaming tools and policies;
- Respond promptly to any verification or compliance requests issued by nogof88.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nogof88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
- Registering or operating more than one account;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained from such exploitation are void;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
- Using the Platform in a manner that could damage the reputation or operations of nogof88.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nogof88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of nogof88 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without express written consent from nogof88 is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
nogof88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasonable cause includes, but is not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 6, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or breach of any provision of this Agreement.
Closure by the Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting the nogof88 support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, nogof88 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Voluntary account closure does not absolve any outstanding obligations to nogof88.
Closure by nogof88
Where nogof88 closes an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, the following consequences apply:
- All pending bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited;
- Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned at nogof88's discretion once the investigation is concluded;
- The player may be permanently barred from re-registering on the Platform;
- nogof88 reserves the right to report relevant details to law enforcement or financial regulators where legal obligations require it.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who choose to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion closures are handled in accordance with the nogof88 Responsible Gaming Policy. Real-money balances held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Responsible Gaming
nogof88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of this Agreement.
Player Self-Management Tools
All registered players have access to the following self-management tools from within their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders at set intervals to inform you of the duration of your current gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period regardless of the circumstances. Requests to re-activate a self-excluded account will only be considered after the minimum exclusion period has elapsed and following a mandatory review period.
Our Obligations to You
nogof88 will never market gambling services as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulties. All promotional materials produced by nogof88 will include responsible gaming messaging. Our support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond with appropriate care, confidentiality, and referral to available resources.
